作为航天器上重要的能源供应装置,太阳电池的性能表现对保证航天器的正常运行至关重要。在评估太阳电池的性能表现时,需要考虑的一个重要因素是航天器所处的轨道辐射环境。为了更准确地评估太阳电池在不同轨道环境下的工作效能,文章将AE9/AP9 模型应用于太阳电池性能衰退模型中,并就GaAs太阳电池持续多年的轨道粒子环境对其造成的影响进行仿真实验,实验结果表明,所设计模型可以更加准确地评估太阳电池的在轨性能变化。
Simulation Study on Performance Degradation of Solar Battery Based on AE9/AP9 Earth Radiation Belt Models
As an important energy supply device on spacecraft,the performance of solar batteries is crucial for ensuring the normal operation of the spacecraft.When evaluating the performance of solar batteries,an important factor need to be considered is the orbital radiation environment in which the spacecraft is located.In order to more accurately evaluate the operational efficiency of solar batteries in different orbital environments,this paper applies the AE9/AP9 model to the performance degradation model of solar batteries,and conducts simulation experiments on the impact of the continuous orbital particle environment on GaAs solar batteries for many years.The experimental results show that the designed model can more accurately evaluate the in-orbit performance changes of solar batteries.
