面向电力项目的知识图谱构建及应用研究

文章针对电力公司在项目管理过程中存在的项目数量多、范围广、管理链条长、项目各阶段数据难以深度融合和应用的问题,基于语义网、知识图谱、自然语言处理等人工智能技术,对项目管理智能化提升的关键技术进行了研究,提出了项目智能化管理提升的技术方案,包括以项目为中心的知识表示、知识存储、知识服务应用三部分内容,基于技术方案撘建了知识图谱平台,并总结了该技术在项目时序图谱构建、项目智能问答两个场景的应用及成果,明确了基于知识图谱提升项目效率效益,支撑精准投资,促进精益管理的研究方向。
Research on Knowledge Graph Construction and Application for Electricity Power Projects
Aiming at the situation that the electricity power companies encounter problems such as a large number of projects,a wide range of projects,a long project management chain,and difficulties in deep integration and application of data at various stages in the process of project management,this paper researches the key technologies for intelligent improvement of project management based on artificial Intelligence technologies such as Semantic Web,Knowledge Graph,and natural language processing.It proposes a technical solution for the improvement of intelligent project management,including three parts of project-centered knowledge representation,knowledge storage,and knowledge service application.Based on the technical solution,it builds the Knowledge Graph platform and summarizes the application and achievements of the technology in the two scenarios of timing map construction of project and Intelligent Q&A of project.In summing up it may be stated that the research direction of improving project efficiency and benefits based on Knowledge Graph,supporting accurate investment,and promoting lean management is clarified.
