绝缘子泄漏电流监测系统设计

通过监测输电线路中绝缘子的泄漏电流来判断绝缘子的污秽程度,以避免绝缘子发生污闪的情况。设计了一种绝缘子泄漏电流实时监测系统,系统主要包括泄漏电流传感器、泄漏电流放大与滤波模块、泄漏电流ADC转换模块、主控模块、无线通信模块和终端等功能元件。系统能够实现对绝缘子泄漏电流信号的在线监测、处理、采集、显示与传输等功能。实验结果表明,系统具有高精度的数据采集能力,对泄漏电流信号监测相对误差小于 2%,满足对绝缘子泄漏电流监测的要求。
Design of Insulator Leakage Current Monitoring System
By monitoring the leakage current of insulators in transmission lines,the degree of contamination of insulators can be determined to avoid contamination flashover.A real-time monitoring system for insulator leakage current has been designed,which mainly includes functional components such as leakage current sensor,leakage current amplification and filtering module,leakage current ADC conversion module,main control module,wireless communication module,and terminal.This system can achieve online monitoring,processing,collection,display,and transmission functions of insulator leakage current signals.The experimental results show that the system has high-precision data acquisition capability,and the relative error in monitoring leakage current signals is less than 2%,meeting the requirements for monitoring insulator leakage current.
