摘要
质量管理是检测试验室发展的根本问题,为提升试验室现有管理水平、降本增效,利用"物联网+互联网",标准化建设开发了"数字化智慧检测云平台".该平台覆盖试验室日常管理的各个环节,规范化、高效化人员操作,利用信息化技术辅助试验室处理决策,为中路检测试验室数字化转型的举措之一.降本增效,满足中路试验室自身工作和发展的需要,符合国家发展战略要求,也是行业技术发展的必然要求.
Abstract
Quality management is the fundamental problem of the development of testing laboratory.In order to improve the existing management level of the laboratory,reduce costs and increase efficiency,the"Digital Intelligent Testing Cloud Platform"is constructed and developed standardly by using"Internet of Things + Internet".This platform covers all parts of the daily management of the laboratory,makes the personnel operation standard and efficient,and uses information technology to assist the laboratory in handling decision-making,which is one of the measures for the digital transformation of the Middle Road Testing Laboratory.Reducing costs and increasing efficiency meet the needs of the work and development of the Middle Road Laboratory,meet the requirements of the national development strategy,and also the inevitable requirements of the technological development of the industry.
