Development of Error Prevention System for Leaf Moistening and Feeding Process in Primary Processing Line
In response to a series of problems produced in adding sweeteners to different brands of cigarettes during the leaf moistening and feeding process,an error prevention system for leaf moistening and feeding process in primary processing line is designed.Wireless scanning technology is used to identify tank information and compare and verify system information in the underlying production system.By using wireless scanning equipment,PLC,WinCC and other methods,the risk of quality accidents caused by human error or control defects is reduced,and the quality of cigarette products is stabilized to avoid production losses caused by quality defects.
