为了提高旋转设备叶片的力学性能校核效率,文章借助Python语言,结合ABAQUS软件开发一套用于叶片静力学自动计算的软件平台。该平台不仅提供基础的叶片模型读取功能,还具备网格自动剖分能力,免去了人工操作中的误差。同时,该平台还支持一键加载边界条件、自动计算和导出完整报告的功能,大大减少了手工操作中的复杂性和烦琐性。结果表明,该平台计算相同模型用时仅为传统方法的 1/4,不仅降低了设计阶段的时间成本,还为工程师腾出更多的时间进行优化和改进,确保旋转设备的叶片设计更加精确和高效。
Secondary Development of Blade Statics Automatic Verification Platform Based on ABAQUS
In order to improve the mechanical performance verification efficiency of rotating equipment blades,this paper uses Python language and ABAQUS software to develop a software platform for automatic calculation of blade statics.This platform not only provides basic blade model reading functions,but also has the ability for automatic mesh generation,eliminating errors in manual operations.At the same time,the platform also supports functions of one click loading of boundary conditions,automatic calculation,and exporting of complete reports,greatly reducing the complexity and tedious nature of manual operations.The results show that the platform only takes 1/4 of the traditional method to calculate the same model,which not only reduces the time cost in the design phase,but also frees up more time for engineers to optimize and improve the platform,ensuring that the blade design of rotating equipment is more accurate and efficient.
