Development and Application of the One-stop Open Service System for Nucleic Acid Sampling Sites in City S
This paper predominantly investigates the efficient and precise epidemic situation prevention and control in mega-urban areas.By integrating crucial elements including the general public, sampling sites, sampling personnel, nucleic acid testing, and the data lake within the city's central Big Data center,an iterative development methodology is employed to promptly construct the one-stop open service system for nucleic acid sampling sites in City S.Since its deployment, the system has enabled dynamic management of more than 20 000 sampling sites, effectively reducing the workload of epidemic situation prevention staff and enhancing their operational efficiency. This,in turn, has provided substantial digital reinforcement for the city's transitional epidemic situation control efforts. The paper encapsulates techniques which address the challenges faced during system development and administration, offering experiences that are replicable and extendable for future analogous endeavors.
