摘要
时下,新型电商业态日新月异,生机勃勃,全新的产业生态不断涌现,正在成为培育新时代经济发展的新动能.国有企业作为国民经济的中坚力量,传统线下贸易高耗低效的现状急需管理变革,探索新型电商经济模式意义深远.文章从当前建筑行业国企数字化转型现状出发进行研究,以安徽建工电子商城暨皖建云商项目实践情况为例,介绍了一个易于使用、高效便捷的建筑行业电子商务平台,聚焦产业融合,供应链协同管理,为建筑业国有企业数字化转型提供未来发展思路.
Abstract
At present,new E-Commerce formats are constantly changing and thriving,and new industrial ecosystems are constantly emerging,becoming a new driving force for cultivating economic development in the new era.As the backbone of the national economy,state-owned enterprises urgently need management reform due to the high consumption and low efficiency of traditional offline trade.Exploring new E-Commerce economic models has profound significance.This paper conducts research based on the current status of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in the construction industry.Taking the practice of Anhui Construction Engineering Electronic Mall and Anhui Construction Cloud Commerce project as an example,it introduces an easy-to-use,efficient and convenient E-Commerce platform for the construction industry,focusing on industry integration and supply chain coordination management,providing future development ideas for the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in the construction industry.
