Design and Analysis of Titanium Alloy T-structure Laser Arc Composite Symmetrical Welding System
Titanium alloy has excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high specific strength,non-magnetic and other characteristics, and is more and more widely used in ship construction and marine engineering equipment, and T-structure has been widely used in ship hangars, deflectors and so on.A titanium alloy T-structure laser arc composite symmetrical welding system is designed to address the problems of low welding efficiency and large welding deformation in welding T-structure of traditional welding methods such as argon arc welding, arc welding, and ion welding. This system can achieve T-structure laser arc composite symmetrical welding. The experimental results show that when the laser power is 12 000 W(6 000 W on one side),the welding current is 165 A,the welding speed is 1.08 m/min,and the protective gas flow rate is 25 L/min,the double-sided appearance is well formed, the welding joint is effectively connected, and there are no defects such as pores and incomplete fusion.
