摘要
在津贴管理方面,我国高校普遍存在管理方式烦琐、部门之间协同不够、信息化管理水平低下等问题.为此,设计一个动态、灵活、高效的教师津贴管理系统,其中包括权限管理、员工管理、岗位管理、机构管理、津贴管理、信息管理、统计管理、安全管理八个模块,满足高校教师津贴信息化管理的要求,可显著提高高校内部信息化管理水平及办公效率.
Abstract
In terms of allowance management,Chinese universities generally face problems such as cumbersome management methods,insufficient collaboration between departments,and low levels of informatization management.To this end,it designs a dynamic,flexible,and efficient teacher allowance management system is designed,which includes eight modules:permission management,employee management,job management,institutional management,allowance management,information management,statistical management,and security management.Which meets the requirements for university teacher allowance informatization management and can significantly improve the level of informatization management and office efficiency within universities.
