摘要
目前,各类学科竞赛正在高校内外如火如荼地组织开展,这既给学校专业学科发展带来了机遇,同时也给学校竞赛管理与服务工作带来了挑战.通过全面深入地了解和分析大学生参赛情况和竞赛组织流程,针对学校传统管理模式下存在的各类问题,设计并建设了学科竞赛管理信息系统.通过运用该系统可有效引导师生合理参加学科竞赛,规范学科竞赛校内组织流程,同时提升管理服务的效率和水平.
Abstract
Nowadays,various discipline competitions are being organized in full swing both inside and outside universities,which not only brings opportunities for the development of professional disciplines in universities,but also challenges to the management and service of university competitions.Through a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and analysis of the participation situation and competition organization process for university students,a discipline competition management information system has been designed and constructed in response to various problems existing in the traditional management mode of the school.With the help of this system,teachers and students can be effectively guided to participate in discipline competitions in a reasonable manner,and the organizational process of discipline competitions on campus can be standardized,and the efficiency and level of management services can be improved.
