针对某雷达线性脉冲调制器电路故障率高的问题,通过计算和测量电路主要参数,分析实际电路特性,总结了影响线性脉冲调制器电路稳定性的主要因素。在此基础上,提出了一种基于固态开关管为主要器件的调制器电路,给出了电路器件的选配标准和计算方法,并设计了具体电路,为有效提高线性脉冲调制器电路平均无故障时间提供了具备可行性的方案。
Design and Implementation of an All Solid-state High Voltage Pulse Modulation Switch
In response to the problem of high failure rate in the linear pulse modulator circuit of a certain radar,the main parameter of the circuit are calculated and measured,and the actual circuit characteristics are analyzed.The main factors affecting the circuit stability of the linear pulse modulator are summarized.On this basis,a modulator circuit based on solid-state switching tubes as the main device is proposed.It provides the selection standards and calculation methods of circuit components,and designs specific circuits,this provides a feasible scheme to effectively improve the mean time to failure of linear pulse modulation circuits.
