舰用电子产品具有高可靠与长寿命的特征,其可靠性水平的快速评估是保障质量的重要手段,文章给出了一种适用于舰用电子产品的加速模型构建方法。首先,收集与分析航行海域气象信息,量化主要海洋环境与应力量值;其次,开展舰用电子产品特征分析和故障机理分析,给出电子产品典型失效模式及其敏感应力;最后,给出了基于故障物理的加速模型构建方法,确定了低温-65℃,高温 90℃,温变速率 15℃/min的加速应力,加速因子 5。6,为快速评价舰用电子设备寿命指标提供了参考。
Failure Mechanism Analysis and Acceleration Model Construction of Shipboard Electronic Products
Shipboard electronic products have the characteristics of high reliability and long lifespan,and the fast evaluation of its reliability level is an important means to guarantee the quality.This paper provides an accelerated model construction method suitable for shipboard electronic products.Firstly,the meteorological information of the navigation sea area is collected and analyzed,and the main marine environment and stress value are quantified.Then,it carries out characteristic analysis and fault mechanism analysis of shipboard electronic products,gives the typical failure modes and their sensitive stresses of electronic products.Finally,the construction method of the acceleration model based on fault physics is given,and the acceleration stresses of low temperature of-65℃,high temperature of 90℃and temperature change rate of-15℃/min are determined,and the acceleration factor is 5.6,which provides a reference for rapidly evaluating the life index of shipboard electronic equipment.
