摘要

针对教科院教研活动管理上存在的问题,文章首先分析了教研活动的重要性、管理难点、课程类和非课程类教研活动的区别,提出构建教科院教研活动网络管理系统;其次使用用例图构建系统的主要功能模型,使用UML状态图分析教科院课程和教研活动开展的主要流程,使用E-R图分析数据实体的关系模型,使用SQL Server构建系统数据库;最后使用ASP.NET(C#)完成了系统的开发实现.通过使用该系统,提高了教研员组织开展教研活动的工作效率,获得了较好效果,规范了教研活动的管理.

Abstract

In response to the problems in the management of teaching and research activities in the Academy of Education Sciences,this paper first analyzes the importance and management difficulties of teaching and research activities,as well as the differences between course and non-course teaching and research activities.It proposes to construct a network management system for teaching and research activities in the Academy of Education Sciences.Secondly,it uses use case diagrams to construct the main functional models of the system,uses UML state diagrams to analyze the main processes of course and research activities in the Academy of Education Sciences,uses E-R diagrams to analyze the relationship models of data entities,and uses SQL Server to build the system database.Finally,it uses ASP NET(C#)to complete the development and implementation of the system.By using this system,the work efficiency of teaching and research personnel in organizing and carrying out teaching and research activities has been improved,achieving good results and standardizing the management of teaching and research activities.
