温度是影响采矿安全的一个重要因素,矿井中的瓦斯如遇明火易发生爆炸,直接关系着井下煤矿工人的生命健康安全,故对于矿井中环境温度的监测是十分必要的。常用测温仪器主要分为红外测温仪器、电子测温仪器以及新兴的光纤测温仪器。在矿井中,因开采的需要,设备种类复杂多样,各种电磁信号会产生很强的电磁干扰;井下通风有限,水汽湿重,一些金属仪器很容易被生锈腐蚀。而光纤测温仪器有优良的抗干扰、耐腐蚀、反应灵敏等特性,在矿井之中有很好的应用前景。
Research on Mining FBG Temperature Sensing System
Temperature is an important factor affecting the mining safety.The gas in the mine is prone to explosion if there is an open fire,which is directly related to the life,health and safety of the underground coal miners.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the environmental temperature in the mines.The commonly used temperature thermometers are mainly divided into infrared thermometer,electronic thermometer and the newly optical fiber thermometer.In the mine,due to the need of mining,the equipment type is complex and diverse,and various electromagnetic signals will produce strong electromagnetic interference.The underground ventilation is limited,water vapor is very wet,and some metal instruments are easy to be rusty and corroded.The optical fiber thermometer has excellent anti-interference,corrosion resistance,sensitive response and other characteristics,which has a good application prospect in the mine.
