摘要

设计了一种侧馈矩形微带贴片天线用于湿度传感.通过HFSS仿真设计确定其 2.4 GHz的工作频率及结构尺寸.对采用自行搭建的直写打印系统制备的微带贴片天线进行了湿度传感研究,在辐射贴片敏感区域上涂覆PDDA湿敏材料用于增强湿敏特性.结果表明,PDDA起到了关键的湿敏作用,直写打印获得的微波天线能够起到高湿报警并在中高湿的50%RH~90%RH范围内起到湿度传感作用.其灵敏度为250 kHz/%RH、线性度为0.95.

Abstract

A side-fed rectangular microstrip patch antenna is designed for humidity sensing.Its 2.4 GHz operating frequency and structural dimensions are determined by HFSS simulation design.The microstrip patch antenna prepared using a self-built direct-ink-write printing system is investigated for humidity sensing,and the PDDA moisture-sensitive material is coated on the sensitive area of the radiating patch for enhancing the moisture-sensitive characteristics.The results show that PDDA plays a key moisture-sensitive role,and the microwave antenna obtained by direct-ink-write printing is able to act as a high humidity alarm and humidity sensing in the medium-high humidity range of 50%RH~90%RH.The sensitivity is 250 kHz/%RH and linearity is 0.95.
