摘要
为解决油品销售领域风险监控系统存在的风险核查耗时长、监控规则调整周期长、核查结果记录难、事后分析手段少等问题,对适用于油品销售企业的数字化风险监控系统进行了研究.中石化广东石油分公司基于分布式系统框架建立数字化风险监控系统,实现了灵活的组合规则、查询条件调整,提供闭环处理流程及事后分析的手段,为快速开展规则迭代、聚焦重点风险交易及推动加油站管理规范化提供有力手段.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of long risk verification time,long adjustment cycle of monitoring rules,difficult recording of verification results,and limited post analysis methods in the risk monitoring system of oil product sales field,a digital risk monitoring system suitable for oil product sales enterprises has been studied.Based on a distributed system framework,Guangdong Petroleum Branch of Sinopec establishes a digital risk monitoring system,realizes flexible combination rules and query condition adjustments,and provides closed-loop processing flow and post analysis methods,so as to provide powerful means for rapid development of rule iteration,concentration of key risk transactions and promotion of standardized gas station management.
