离散型制造业SAP-ERP实施是一项复杂且至关重要的任务.文章以杭汽轮为例,深入探讨了SAP-ERP在离散制造业中的实施需求,同时文章阐述了SAP-ERP的总体架构设计.在实施模块内容方面,文章介绍了杭汽轮实施SAP-ERP的具体模块及其功能.此外,文章还总结了实施要点,包括前期准备、上线运行等方面的经验.最后,文章评估了实施效果,展示了SAP-ERP在提升企业管理效率、降低成本等方面的积极作用.文章的研究成果可为离散型制造企业实施SAP-ERP系统提供有益的参考和指导.
Abstract
The implementation of SAP-ERP in discrete manufacturing industry is a complex and crucial task.Taking Hangzhou Steam Turbine Power Group as an example,this paper delves into the implementation requirements of SAP-ERP in discrete manufacturing industry,and expounds the overall architecture design of SAP-ERP.In terms of the content of the implementation module,the paper introduces the specific modules and their functions of SAP-ERP implemented by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Power Group.In addition,it also summarizes the key points of implementation,including the experience of preparation and online operation.Finally,the paper evaluates the implementation effect and demonstrates the positive role of SAP-ERP in improving enterprise management efficiency and reducing costs.The research results of this paper can provide useful references and guidance for discrete manufacturing enterprises to implement SAP-ERP systems.
