摘要

为探索海岛监视监测新模式,以"和美海岛"三角岛为例,设计和实现了海岛生态物联网系统,并针对岛内安全管理、环境监测、旅游活动三大场景,围绕生态物联网监视监测要素及指标,建立了三角岛安全、环境、活力 3 个分项 9 个评价内容的评价标准及评价方法,实现了三角岛生态物联网监视监测要素—评价方法—业务应用评价体系构建,为海岛生态物联网监测信息化提供实例参考,丰富了无居民海岛监视监测评价体系建设内涵.

Abstract

In order to explore a new mode of island monitoring,taking the"Hemei Island"triangle island as an example,an island ecological Internet of Things system is designed and implemented.For the three major scenarios of safety management,environmental monitoring,and tourism activities on the island,evaluation standards and methods are established for nine evaluation contents in three sub items of ecological Internet of Things monitoring elements and indicators,including safety,environment,and vitality.The construction of the ecological Internet of Things monitoring elements,evaluation methods,and business application evaluation system for the triangle island is achieved,providing reference examples for the informatization of island ecological Internet of Things monitoring and enriching the construction connotation of the monitoring and evaluation system for uninhabited islands.
