Establishment of Urban Hotspots Aggregation Model Based on Exploratory Spatial Analysis Method
This paper uses the kernel density estimation method to establish the quantified unit values of the grid study area, and establishes the urban hotspot aggregation model based on the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA).First, the Minimum Mean Square Error is used to explore the optimal aspect ratio and the grid cell division standard. Then, the kernel density value of the grid unit is calculated based on the"radiation attenuation effect".Finally,Moran's I index is used to quantitatively analyze the high value aggregation hotspots of various facilities, and hotspot area is visualized in both 2D and 3D.Compared with traffic hotspots with different aspect ratio, the optimal aspect ratio not only satisfies the continuous distribution of traffic facilities, but also avoids the problem of transition smoothing.Experiments on the model are carried out through the data of industrial and commercial enterprises, which show that the method can effectively extract the hotspot distribution of different types of facilities in urban areas.
