Idea and Practice of Digital Empowerment of Production Site Management in the Tobacco Packaging Industry
The paper mainly studies how tobacco packaging and printing enterprises that have completed the deployment of ERP,MES and other systems can further improve the digital management level of production sites.Through the practice of the author's company,using MES system as a carrier,combined with mature IoT equipment solutions,we carry out production site visualization,standardization,and refinement transformation.Based on the actual results after system construction and internal review and summary,the core viewpoint of this paper is formed.The digitization of the production sites should focus on the production scenarios,clarify the corresponding"Man,Machine,Material,Method,Environment,Data"for each scenario,and achieve full process data management,full range on-site supervision,and full path capability improvement through digital means.
