Topic Mining and Sentiment Analysis Based on Online Health Platform Evaluation Data
Patient evaluation of doctor is an important way to obtain information about the doctor-patient relationship.Analyzing the content of patient evaluation of doctor on online health platform can understand the patient's perception of the medical quality and the level of doctor service.This paper takes the data of patient evaluation of doctor on the online health platform of Dingxiang Doctor as the research object,uses the LDA topic model for topic clustering,and uses SnowNLP technology for sentiment analysis.The results show that the evaluation data involves four topics of expression of gratitude,service attitude,online consultation and post-operative feedback.Meanwhile,the co-occurrence analysis and word cloud diagram demonstrate the connection between high-frequency words.Eventually,relevant suggestions are made for doctor,patient and platform,aiming to promote the improvement of medical quality and doctor-patient relationship.
