一种基于机器视觉的表贴元器件自动定位方法

元器件二筛具有型号多、批次多等特点,目前该项工作手工工序比例较高,导致人为质量问题频发和筛选效率较低等问题.为此,围绕表贴元器件开展自动化检测研究,提出一种基于机器视觉的表贴元器件自动定位方法.该方法通过建立机器视觉和机械手的映射关系、构建模板和旋转标定以实现表贴元器件的自动定位.此外,还开发了表贴元器件全自动检测系统,实验验证了该系统的有效性,且效率较人工提升了5倍以上.
An Automatic Positioning Method of Surface Mount Components Based on Machine Vision
The second screening of components has the characteristics of many models and batches.At present,the proportion of manual processes in this work is high,which leads to frequent human quality problems and low screening efficiency and other problems.To this end,automatic detection research is carried out around the surface mount components,and an automatic positioning method of surface mount components based on Machine Vision is proposed.This method realizes the automatic positioning of surface mount components by establishing the mapping relationship between Machine Vision and manipulator,constructing template,and rotating calibration.In addition,the automatic detection system for surface mount components is developed.The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the system,and the efficiency is more than 5 times higher than that of manual operation.
