一种L波段小型化收发组件的设计与实现

针对有源相控阵雷达系统对高功率T/R组件轻量化、小型化的应用需求,通过微组装电路和芯片化电路技术,设计了一款小型化L波段收发组件。射频收发切换采用双环行器,发射通道采用零中频调制方案,接收通道采用超外差变频方案。该T/R组件通过高密度微组装集成工艺,实现了本振功分与放大、功率放大、低噪声放大、滤波、电源调制、功率检测等功能电路的高密度集成。经过批量试制验证,该组件三温发射输出功率优于 49 dBm,接收增益平坦度优于±1 dB,三温噪声系数优于2。8 dB,尺寸仅为75 mm×42 mm×20 mm,质量约为130 g。
Design and Implementation of a L-band Miniaturized T/R Module
For the lightweight and miniaturized application requirements to high-power T/R components of active phased array radar system,a L-band miniaturized T/R module is designed by micro-assembly circuit and chip circuit technologies.The RF transceiver switching uses the double junction circulator,the transmission channel uses the Zero-IF modulation scheme,and the reception channel uses superheterodyne frequency conversion scheme.Through high-density micro-assembly integration process,the T/R module implements high-density integration of functional circuits of power division and amplification of LO,power amplification,low noise amplification,filtration,power supply modulation,power detection and so on.The batch trial-production verification shows that the output power of three-temperature transmission of this module is better than 49 dBm,the gain flatness of reception channel is better than±1 dB,the noise factor of three-temperature is better than 2.8 dB,the size is 75 mm×42 mm×20 mm,and the mass is about 130 g.
