Projector Automatic Focus Algorithm Based on Improved Edge Sharpness Calculation
Aiming at the problems of poor manual focusing experience,high cost and poor scalability of automatic focus of depth camera and ToF module,this paper proposes a projector automatic focus algorithm based on improved edge sharpness calculation.Firstly,the checkerboard image of the projection area is extracted and segmented through corner detection.Secondly,the improved edge sharpness algorithm is used to evaluate the clarity of the extracted area.Then,the hill climbing algorithm is used to regulate motor steps to obtain new images and evaluate by partitioning.On this basis,the motor step position with the best image clarity is found by continuous iteration to realize the automatic focus of the projector.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a physical prototype.
