摘要
环境与可靠性试验是产品可靠性验证的重要手段.在数字化转型的背景下,传统的试验业务管理方式已经无法满足日益增长的实验需求.为此,通过研究分析环境与可靠性试验机构的业务流程优化需求,为提升业务工作效率并加速企业数字化转型,设计一套基于B/S架构的环境与可靠性试验业务综合管理平台,实现试验业务全流程无纸化精细管理、自动电子签章、自动采集试验设备数据、设备状态实时监控等功能.
Abstract
Environmental and reliability testing is an important means of verifying product reliability.In the context of digital transformation,traditional testing business management methods are no longer able to meet the growing testing demands.Therefore,by studying and analyzing the business process optimization requirements of environmental and reliability testing institutions,in order to improve the efficiency of business work and accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises,an integrated management platform for environmental and reliability testing business based on B/S architecture is designed.It realizes the functions of paperless fine management of the whole process of testing business,automatic electronic signature,automatic collection of testing equipment data,real-time monitoring of equipment status and so on.
