The good transmission characteristics of vibration testing fixtures for vehicle electronic components is one of the important indicators to ensure the effectiveness of testing.The insufficient rigidity and strength of the fixtures affect the accuracy of vibration testing results,thereby affecting product reliability and life evaluation accuracy.Thus,it is particularly important to study the vibration transmission characteristics of fixtures.Taking a vibration fixture of the vehicle central control screen as the research object,this paper calculates the modal according to the finite element simulation analysis theory,and the simulation analysis results verify that the transmission characteristics of the fixture meets the design requirements.It carries out lightweight design of the fixture and uses modal superposition method to conduct harmonic response analysis on the reduced weight fixture to obtain its vibration response.The experiment verifies the accuracy of the simulation analysis results,and the lightweight design results meet the requirements.
