In response to the long-standing problems of information islands and inconsistent standards in water conservancy data,based on the work practice of Guangdong smart water conservancy data governance,a Guangdong water conservancy data resource system framework is proposed,which includes unified aggregation,unified storage,unified sharing,unique data for unique source,one source for multiple purposes,and the principle of ensuring security.The construction process of the water conservancy data resource system is explained from five aspects of water conservancy data resource planning,Big Data platform,data governance,data management and control,data sharing and application.The data base of Guangdong smart water conservancy is preliminarily constructed,which can provide reference for the integration and governance work of data resources in the water conservancy industry.
