研究专注于插齿刀磨削过程中砂轮截形计算的高效实现,针对当前插齿刀磨削工艺中的关键问题,设计了一款基于C#Winform的上位机软件.首先,深入分析了现有磨削工艺,重点研究了砂轮截形参数的计算及其在插齿刀磨削中的应用.软件通过构建友好的可视化用户界面,简化了刀具参数的输入和管理,并运用C#语言开发了高效的计算算法,以确保计算过程的准确性和实时性.此外,软件支持将计算结果存储至数据库,便于后续数据调取与分析.经过实际应用验证,该系统显著提升了插齿刀磨削的生产效率和加工质量,为插齿刀的设计与制造提供了有力的技术支持.
This research focuses on the efficient implementation of grinding wheel sectional calculation during the grinding process of insert cutter.Aiming at the key issues in the current insert cutter grinding technology,upper computer software based on C#Winform is designed.Firstly,the existing cutting technology is analyzed in depth,focusing on the research on calculation of grinding wheel sectional parameters and its application in insert cutter grinding.The software simplifies the input and management of tool parameters by building a friendly visual user interface,and uses C#language to develop efficient calculation algorithms to ensure the accuracy and real-time nature of the calculation process.In addition,the software supports storing calculation results in the database for subsequent data retrieval and analysis.After the verification of practical application,this system significantly improves the production efficiency and processing quality of insert cutter grinding,and provides strong technical support for the design and manufacturing of insert cutter.
