水库大坝的溃决通常引起巨大的灾难,特别是在考虑大坝安全应急响应中,溃坝洪水预测研究尤为重要.为研究溃坝洪水带来的影响,以韶关市仁化县高坪水库为例,基于HEC-RAS软件构建了水库溃坝水动力模型,模拟了水库遭遇千年一遇校核洪水且溢洪道闸门无法开启条件下因漫顶发生溃坝的工况计算,分析了溃坝后下游淹没水深及淹没范围.提出了基于HEC-RAS软件进行水库溃坝洪水分析的技术方案,供技术人员参考,可运用到水库防灾减灾工作中,快速分析计算水库的溃坝淹没范围.
Dam break usually causes huge disaster.Especially in considering dam safety emergency response,dam break flood prediction research is particularly important.In order to research the impact of dam break flood,taking Gaoping Reservoir in Renhua County,Shaoguan City as an example,this paper constructs a hydrodynamic model of reservoir dam break based on HEC-RAS software,simulates the working condition calculation of dam break due to overburden under these conditions that the reservoir encounters the check flood once in a thousand years and the spillway gate could not be opened,and analyzes the downstream submerged depth and submerged area after the dam break.It puts forward technical scheme of reservoir dam break flood analysis based on HEC-RAS software for reference of the technical personnel,which can be applied to the disaster prevention and reduction work of reservoir to quickly analyze and calculate the dam break submerged area of reservoir.
