新型生物毒性在线监测仪在地表水中应用数据分析

生物毒性监测有望实现水污染早期预警.利用电化学活性菌测定水质生物毒性,具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、不受水体色度浊度干扰的优点.目前,商业化EAB水质生物毒性监测装备已实现了在线监测,但受限于高的毒性物质响应范围,不能直接与地表水污染程度挂钩.据此,开展了基于EAB的新型生物毒性在线监测仪在地表水中的应用数据分析.首先,对采集的地表水监测数据进行处理和分析;然后,对生物毒性抑制率与常规因子之间的相关趋势进行特征分析;最后,对生物毒性抑制率与常规因子的相关关系进行了研究.在一定水环境条件下,生物毒性抑制率与常规因子数据趋势基本吻合,为利用生物毒性抑制率预警水质污染提供数据支撑.
Biological toxicity monitoring holds promise for early warning of water pollution.It offers advantages such as high sensitivity,fast response speed,and no interference from water color and turbidity to utilize electrochemically active bacteria to assess biological toxicity of water quality.Currently,commercial EAB biological toxicity of water quality monitoring equipment enables online monitoring.However,it is limited by the response range to highly toxic substances,hindering direct correlation with the extent of surface water pollution.In light of this,an application data analysis of the new biological toxicity online monitor based on EAB in surface water is conducted.Firstly,the collected surface water monitoring data is processed and analyzed.Subsequently,characteristic analysis is carried out on the correlation trends between the biological toxicity inhibition rate and conventional factors.Finally,a study is conducted on the correlativity between the biological toxicity inhibition rate and conventional factors.Under certain water environmental conditions,the data trends of biological toxicity inhibition rate and conventional factors align,providing data support for utilizing the biological toxicity inhibition rate to warn water quality pollution.
