传统中央空调系统耗能大,难以自动调节水量和风量,使环境参数难以控制,不能满足生产车间对洁净度的要求.针对以上问题,采用PLC对循环空调系统进行控制设计,硬件采用西门子PLC、温度传感器、压力传感器,变频风机、调节水阀及执行器,软件采用博途软件编写PLC控制程序,实现模拟量数字量的输入输出处理,以及变频风机和调节水阀和执行器的PID调节,达到节能目的;采用MCGS Pro组态软件进行组态界面设计,实现对循环空调系统在线动态监测和控制.
The traditional central air conditioning system consumes a large amount of energy and is difficult to automatically adjust the water and air volume,so that the environmental parameters are difficult to control,and cannot meet the requirements of the production workshop for cleanliness.In view of the above problems,PLC is used to control and design the circulating air conditioning system.The hardware uses the Siemens PLC,temperature sensors,pressure sensors,variable frequency fans,regulating water valves and actuators.The software uses the TIA Portal software to write PLC control programs to achieve the input and output processing of analog and digital quantities,and perform PID regulation for variable frequency fans,regulating water valves and actuators to achieve the purpose of energy saving.The MCGS Pro configuration software is adopted for the design of the configuration interface to realize the online dynamic monitoring and control of the circulating air conditioning system.
