接触压力与光电容积脉搏波同步采集系统设计

光电容积脉搏波技术在穿戴式健康监测领域的应用日益广泛,然而,传感器与皮肤之间的接触压力对信号采集可能产生重要影响.为了研究接触压力变化对光电容积脉搏波信号采集的影响机制,设计了一款可控接触压力和光电容积脉搏波同步采集系统.系统包含STM32 单片机、MAX30102 脉搏波传感器、FSR402 薄膜压力传感器,实现了脉搏信号和压力信号同步采集.开发的上位机实时显示两路信号,并能将数据进行保存.通过控制手指的按压力度,可实现不同施压方式下的脉搏信号和压力信号同步采集和显示.
Design of a Synchronous Acquisition System for Contact Pressure and Photoplethysmography
The application of photoplethysmography technology in wearable health monitoring field is becoming increasingly widespread.However,the contact pressure between sensors and skin may have a significant impact on signal acquisition.In order to study the influence mechanism of contact pressure changes on the acquisition of photoplethysmography signals,a controllable contact pressure and photoplethysmography synchronous acquisition system is designed.The system includes STM32 single-chip microcomputer,MAX30102 photoplethysmography sensor,and FSR402 thin film pressure sensor,achieving synchronous acquisition of photoplethysmography signals and pressure signals.The developed upper computer displays two-way signals in real time and it can save data.By controlling the pressure force on the fingers,photoplethysmography signals and pressure signals can be synchronously collected and displayed under different pressure application methods.
