城市轨道交通给排水专业智能运维应用

对于当前传统运维模式下维保效率低、维保质量完全取决于人员技能水平等弊端,提出适于南宁轨道交通机电设备的智能运维方案。基于南宁轨道交通机电设备维保,针对定检和故障修的维护方式,以及人员投入巨大、故障不可预见的传统特点,文章探讨了一种能解决南宁轨道交通当前机电设备运维弊端的智能运维体系。在当前运维模式基础上,借鉴国内地铁智能运维系统,通过物联网、大数据分析等新兴技术,实现故障预警和工单联动、状态修、修程优化、辅助决策等智慧应用功能,从而实现运维模式的智能化。
Professional and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Application of Urban Rail Transit Water Supply and Drainage
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional operation and maintenance mode,such as the low maintenance efficiency and the quality of maintenance completely depends on the skill level of personnel,an intelligent operation and maintenance scheme suitable for the electromechanical equipment of Nanning rail transit is proposed.Based on the maintenance of electromechanical equipment of Nanning rail transit,aiming at the maintenance methods of periodic inspection and corrective maintenance,and the traditional characteristics of huge personnel input and unforeseeable faults,this paper discusses an intelligent operation and maintenance system which could solve the current disadvantages of electromechanical equipment in Nanning rail transit.On the basis of the current operation and maintenance mode,the intelligent operation and maintenance system of the domestic subway is used for reference,and intelligent application functions such as fault early warning and work order linkage,repair according to condition,repair process optimization,and auxiliary decision-making are realized through the Internet of Things,Big Data analysis and other emerging technologies,so as to realize the intelligent operation and maintenance mode.
