《2023年美国心脏病学会心脏淀粉样变性多学科管理决策路径专家共识》为心脏淀粉样变性的诊断与管理提供了实用的指导策略,该专家共识指出了心脏淀粉样变性诊断中存在的缺陷,并强调多学科管理在优化管理心脏淀粉样变性中的重要性.本文从我国实际情况出发,结合最新循证医学证据,对该专家共识的重要内容进行解读,以便更好地指导我国临床医师规范化治疗心脏淀粉样变性患者.
Abstract
The《2023 ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway on Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Care for the Patient with Cardiac Amyloidosis》offers practical guidance for the diagnosis and management of cardiac amyloidosis.The expert consensus highlights diagnostic shortcomings and emphasizes the significance of multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of cardiac amyloidosis.On account of our country's clinical practice and the latest evidence-based medicine,this study systematically interprets those important aspects of this expert consensus in order to better guide our doctors in the standardized treatment of patients with cardiac amyloidosis.
