摘要
银龄教师是对"老龄化"时代退休教师优势资源开发的结果表现,是助力乡村教师队伍高质量建设的重要力量.银龄教师助力乡村教师队伍高质量建设,具有补充、帮扶、优化等价值,能为教育优质均衡发展、提升乡村学校教育水平发力,助推教育强国目标实现.当前由于相关政策实施处于经验积累阶段,银龄教师助力乡村教师队伍高质量建设面临供需匹配之困、动力激发之困、差异跨越之困、优势利用之困和成效保障之困,阻碍了预期成效实现.为突破困境,可从利用数字技术、提供服务支持保障、完善招募与培训体系、"输血"与"造血"并举、构建服务成效保障机制等方面着手,实现推动供需侧无缝对接、合理调适主体矛盾的同时,充分发挥优势、持续维系帮扶成效,借助银龄教师之力打造高质量乡村教师队伍.
Abstract
Silver-age teachers are the result of the development of superior resources for retired teachers in the era of"aging"and constitute an important force in assisting the high-quality construction of rural teacher staff.Silver-age teachers contribute to the high-quality construction of rural teacher staff,which has the value of supplementing,aiding the process and optimizing,and their involvement holds significant value in promoting the balanced and high-quality development of education,enhancing the overall level of rural educa-tion,and facilitating the attainment of education power goals.Currently,the implementation of policies for silver-age teachers is still in the early stages of experience accumulation,resulting in challenges such as supply-demand mismatches,motivation issues,bridging differ-ences,leveraging advantages,and ensuring effectiveness in assisting rural teacher development.These challenges hinder the achievement of expected outcomes.In order to break through the dilemma,we can start from the use of digital technology,provide service support and guarantee,improve the recruitment and training system,carry out"blood transfusion"and"hematopoietic"simultaneously,and build serv-ice effectiveness guarantee mechanism,so as to realize the seamless docking of supply and demand side,reasonable adjustment of the main body contradiction,and fully tap the advantages,continue to maintain the effectiveness of support,and build high-quality rural teachers with the strength of silver teachers.
