生成式人工智能赋能高校招生模式创新:价值逻辑、实现路径与潜在风险

生成式人工智能(AIGC)为数字化时代高校招生模式创新提供技术支持,赋能高校重塑招考目标、升级招生方式、更新招生内容和落实招生正义,提升高校招生的科学性与专业性.同时,AIGC所具有的开放源码、多模态模型、内容创作和生成算法等高阶智能功能可推动招生理念转为高校与学生的双向选择,招生考查方式走向多元工具融合并用,招生考查内容转向综合立体考查,招生指导迈向精准适配.然而,高校过度将AIGC引入招生工作亦会产生风险,包括主体异化下的招生偏见、效率逻辑下的考查工具单一、技术依赖下的考查内容泛化和数据共享下的教育数据泄漏等.应强化制度建设、推动招生考查技术研发、提升招生工作人员的智能素养等,以消解过度引入AIGC后可能引发的潜在风险.
Artificial Intelligence Generated Content Enables Innovation of College Examination and Enrollment Model:Value Logic,Realization Path and Potential Risks
Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)provides technical support for the innovation college examination and en-rollment model in the digital era,empowering colleges to reshape admission goals,upgrade enrollment methods,renew admission content and implement enrollment justice,and promote the improvement of the scientific and professional nature of college enrollment.Meanwhile,AIGC's high-end intelligent functions such as open source,multi-modal models,content creation and generation algorithms can promote the transformation of the admission concept into a mutual choice between universities and students,make admission evaluation method move towards the integration,using of multiple tools,shift the admission evaluation content into comprehensive and dimensional examinations,and let admission publicity guidance move toward precise adaptation.However,excessive using of AIGC into admission evaluation by colle-ges will also create risks,including admission bias due to subject alienation,single evaluation tool based on efficiency logic,generalization of evaluation content made by technology dependence,and educational data leakage because of data sharing,etc.Given that,system con-struction should be strengthened;the research and development of admissions evaluation technology should be promoted;and the intellectual literacy of admissions staff should be improved to eliminate potential risks that may arise from the excessive using of AIGC.
