The Institutional Logic and Optimization Path for Improving the Development Level of Production-education Integration in Vocational Education
The new institutionalism of organizational sociology effectively interprets the process of the emergence and transformation of institutions,providing a new perspective for people to scientifically analyze institutions.Based on the new institutionalism of organizational sociology theory,a theoretical analysis framework of the three elements of production-education integration system consisting of regulatory,normative,and cultural cognitive elements is constructed.In the institutional logic generation of improving the development level of produc-tion-education integration,regulatory factors including laws,regulations,and policies that must be followed,provide external guarantees;normative factors including values and normative standards,provide institutional supplements;cultural-cognitive factors including internal-ity and habit,are the core of institutional construction.It is precisely under the combination of the three elements mentioned above that the system of production-education integration,as a"continuum,"can gain inherent legitimacy and play a lasting and stable role in practice.To enhance the development level of production-education integration in vocational education,it is necessary to strengthen legislation on production-education integration,build a platform for dialogue and exchange among stakeholders,improve behavioral norms for production-education integration,enhance the cultural cognition of production-education integration,establish an institutional system that integrates the three major institutional elements,and provide good institutional guarantees.
