智能群体多维感知机器人支持的人机协同研学教学模式——以"孔子"大语言模型会话机器人的研发与教学为例

在大语言模型教育应用中,人机会话反馈形式单一问题一直未得到较好解决,这严重影响了学生的高阶思维能力培养.开发具有智能群体多维感知能力的会话机器人,是解决这一问题的重要途径.为此,研究者以群体感知、同伴反馈和研究性学习理论为基础,利用文心一言、飞书开发平台和学习分析等技术,开发了智能群体多维感知会话机器人"孔子",构建了人机协同研学教学模式.教学实验以"现代教育技术应用"课程为教学内容,采用准实验研究设计,邀请数学专业学生参与实验.结果表明,与直接使用文心一言的教学相比,人机协同研学教学模式能显著提升学生的问题解决能力、批判性思维能力、创新能力和外在学习动机,但对学习绩效、内在动机和协作学习能力效果欠佳.为了提高教学效果,研究者需提高多维感知评价精准性、感知维度全面性、情境学习多样性和教师教学技能.
The Model of Human-Chatbot Collaborative Research Study Supported by Group AI Multidimensional Awareness Chatbot——Taking the Development and Teaching of Confucius"Big Language Model AI Chatbot as an Example
In the big language model in education,the problem of a single feedback in human-chatbot conversation has not been well solved,which seriously affects the cultivation of students'higher-order thinking ability.Developing chatbot with AI multi-dimensional group awareness is an important way to solve this problem.For this reason,based on the theory of group awareness,peer feedback and re-search learning,researchers have developed a group AI multidimensional awareness chatbot"Confucius"and constructed the model of Hu-man-Chatbot Collaborative Research Study(HCCRS)by using technologies such as ERNIE Bot,Feishu development platform and learn-ing analysis.The teaching experiment adopts a quasi-experimental research design,inviting mathematics major students to participate in the experiment,with"Application of Modern Educational Technology"course as the teaching content.The results show that HCCRS can significantly improve students'problem-solving ability,critical thinking ability,innovation ability and external learning motivation com-pared with the teaching mode using ERNIE Bot directly,but the effect on learning performance,internal motivation and collaborative learn-ing ability is not good.In order to improve teaching effectiveness,researchers need to improve the accuracy of multidimensional aware eval-uation,the comprehensiveness of aware content,the diversity of situational learning,and the teaching skills of teachers.
