AIGC赋能乡村教师专业发展:可及类型、行动逻辑与实施路径

基于大模型、强算力和富数据共同支撑的AIGC应用为智慧教育生态构建带来了新机遇.以AIGC应用推动教师专业发展,是技术赋能教育战略落地、教育理念创新与教育模式变革的重要途径.本研究针对当前乡村教师专业发展过程中存在的技术意识薄弱、工作胜任力不足、研修能力亟需突破等问题,梳理了 AIGC适用于乡村教师专业发展的自选、初投、服务和决策等四种可及类型,探索归纳出AIGC赋能乡村教师专业发展的行动逻辑:AI教育思想形成的价值基点、AI知识库夯实的内容基底和AI技术支持的行动基石,并基于此构建了蕴含智能决策与智能服务路径闭环的实施框架.
AIGC Empowers Rural Teachers'Professional Development:Accessible Types,Action Logic and Implementation Path
AIGC applications based on large models,strong computing power,and rich data have brought new opportunities for the con-struction of a smart education ecosystem.Promoting teachers'professional development through the application of AIGC is an important way to implement technology-enabled education strategies,innovate educational concepts,and reform educational models.In view of the prob-lems of weak technical awareness,insufficient work competency,and urgent breakthrough in training ability in the current process of rural teachers'professional development,this study sorted out the four accessible types of AIGC suitable for rural teachers'professional develop-ment:self-selection,initial investment,service and decision-making,and explored and summarized the action logic of AIGC to empower the professional development of rural teachers:the value basis of AI education ideology,the solid content foundation of AI knowledge base,and the action cornerstone of AI technology support.Based on this,an implementation framework containing intelligent decision-making and intelligent service path closed-loop is constructed.
