摘要
目的 探讨角膜绷带镜对促进2型糖尿病合并翼状胬肉术后泪膜稳定性恢复作用.方法 选取2022年1-9月医院住院并手术的 52 例原发性翼状胬肉合并 2 型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,在组间性别、年龄等基线资料均衡可比的原则上,采用随机数字表法分为观察组 26 例(26 眼)和对照组 26 例(26 眼).观察组术毕术眼立即佩戴角膜绷带镜;对照组予以无菌纱布包眼.比较两组患者 5 个时间点(即术前 1d,术后 1、10、30 和 90d)的角膜荧光素染色积分(CFS)、泪液膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)测量数据.结果 手术前,两组患者BUT、SIt、CFS比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).手术后,两组患者BUT均逐渐减低,而SIt、CFS呈先上升后下降趋势;并且术后 1d、10d、30d、90d时BUT、SIt、CFS均为观察组小于对照组,其中BUT在术后90d后,SIt在术后30d后,CFS在术后 10d后,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 角膜绷带镜对翼状胬肉合并2型糖尿病患者术后泪膜稳定性的恢复有促进作用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of corneal bandage lens on the recovery of tear film stability after type 2 diabetes with pterygium surgery.Methods From January to September 2022,52 patients with primary pterygium complicated with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized and operated in the hospital were selected as the observation objects.On the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data such as gender and age between groups,26 patients(26 eyes)in the observation group and 26 patients(26 eyes)in the control group were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group should immediately wear a corneal bandage lenses on the eyes after surgery.The control group was given sterile gauze to wrap the eyes.Compare the corneal fluorescence staining score(CFS),tear film rupture time(BUT),and basal tear secretion test(SIt)measurement data of two groups of patients at 5 time points(1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery,10 days,30 days,and 3 months).Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in BUT,SIt,and CFS between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After surgery,BUT gradually decreased in both groups of patients,while SIt and CFS showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and at 1 day,10 days,30 days,and 90 days after surgery,the BUT,SIt,and CFS in the observation group were all smaller than those in the control group.Among them,the BUT,SIt,and CFS were significantly different between the groups after 90 days,30 days,and 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Corneal bandage lenses can promote the recovery of tear film stability in patients with pterygium and type 2 diabetes after surgery.
