急诊科护士人文关怀品质现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查分析急诊科护士人文关怀品质现状及影响因素.方法 选取 2022 年 9-10 月天津市 5 所三级甲等综合医院 385 名急诊科护士为研究对象.采用护士人文关怀品质量表、护士职业价值观量表(NPVS-R)、组织支持感问卷(POS)进行评分,通过Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归模型分析急诊科护士人文关怀品质及影响因素.结果 385名急诊科护士人文关怀品质总分124.21±19.78分,得分率为85.66%;职业价值观总分105.24±21.29分,得分率为 80.95%;组织支持感总分 44.45±10.86 分,得分率为 70.56%.Pearson相关分析结果显示,385 名急诊科护士人文关怀品质与职业价值观(r=0.711)和组织支持感(r=0.592)均成正相关(P<0.05).单因素分析结果显示,不同工作年限、最高学历、职称、选择护理专业的原因等急诊科护士人文关怀品质得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历高,选择护理专业的原因为自身兴趣,职业价值观和组织支持感得分高的急诊科护士人文关怀品质相对较高(P<0.05).结论 本次调查的急诊科护士人文关怀品质水平不高,但仍有待进一步提高;最高学历、选择护理专业的原因、职业价值观、组织支持感是急诊科护士人文关怀品质的影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of humanistic care quality of nurses in emergency department,and to provide theoretical basis for nursing managers.Methods A total of 385 emergency department nurses from 5 Grade Ⅲ Grade A general hospitals in Tianjin were selected by convenience sampling from September to October 2022.Nurses in emergency department were investigated by general data questionnaire,nurses'humanistic care Quality Scale,Nurses'Professional values Scale(NPVS-R),and sense of Organizational support questionnaire(POS)to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of nurses'humanistic care quality in emergency department.Results The total score of humanistic care quality of 385 emergency department nurses was(124.21±19.78),the scoring rate was 85.66%.The total score of professional values was(105.24±21.29),and the scoring rate was 80.95%;The total score of organizational support was(44.45±10.86),and the scoring rate was 70.56%.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the quality of humanistic care of 385 emergency department nurses was positively correlated with their professional values and sense of organizational support(r values were 0.711 and 0.592,respectively;P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that the quality of humanistic care of nurses in emergency department had statistically significant differences in working years,highest education,professional title and reasons for choosing nursing major(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the highest education,reasons for choosing nursing major,professional values and sense of organization support were the influencing factors of humanistic care quality of emergency department nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of humanistic care of nurses in emergency department needs to be further improved.The quality of humanistic care of nurses in emergency department can be improved by exploring their subjective initiative,strengthening continuing education,establishing professional values and enhancing the sense of organizational support.
