摘要
目的 调查实习护生学业支持现状,并分析影响因素.方法 于2023年3月对四川绵阳四0四医院213名临床护理实习学生进行问卷调查.采用实习护生学业支持感知量表进行调查并分析学业支持感知影响因素.结果 实习护生学业支持感知总分为 163.11±36.42 分,各维度均分从高到低依次为临床指导老师 7.58±1.75 分,实习监督审查老师 7.27±1.98 分,同学 6.89±1.71 分,学校/学院 6.55±2.07 分.多元逐步回归分析显示,实习护生学业支持感知的影响因素为实习护生与所在实习医院带教老师关系及与同学关系(P<0.05),其中与同学关系及与所在实习医院带教老师关系越差的实习护生的学业支持水平越低.结论 实习护生学业支持感知处于中等偏上水平,实习护生与所在实习医院带教老师的关系及与同学的关系是实习护生学业支持感知的影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of academic support among intern nursing students and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in March 2023 among 213 clinical nursing interns from the 404 Hospital in Mianyang,Sichuan.Conduct a survey and analyze the influencing factors of perceived academic support among intern nursing students using the Perceived Academic Support Scale.Results The total perceived score of academic support for intern nursing students was 163.11±36.42 points,with the average scores for each dimension from high to low being 7.58±1.75 points for clinical guidance teachers,7.27±1.98 points for internship supervision and review teachers,6.89±1.71 points for classmates,and 6.55±2.07 points for schools/colleges.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on the perceived academic support of intern nursing students were the relationship between intern nursing students and the teaching staff of their internship hospital,as well as the relationship with classmates(P<0.05).Among them,the worse the relationship with classmates and the teaching staff of their internship hospital,the lower the level of academic support of intern nursing students.Conclusion The perception of academic support among intern nursing students is above average,and the relationship between intern nursing students and the teaching staff of the internship hospital and their classmates is the influencing factor of their perception of academic support.
