摘要
目的 调查慢病老年人的数字化用药服务需求状况并分析其影响因素.方法 2021 年 11 月至 2022 年 11 月采用自行编制并进行效度检验的慢病老年人数字化用药服务需求调查问卷,对京津冀 18 所医院的 630 名住院老年慢病患者进行调查.结果 慢病老年人数字化用药服务需求总评分为 28.91±6.528,其中线上用药时间、用药方案和用药注意事项的中高需求者高达 91.7%,其它各方面的需求率也在68.9%～90.5%之间.单因素分析显示,文化程度越高、城市居民、老伴健在、收入大于支出、熟练使用智能设备、他人对数字化就医评价对你的影响越大、评价医院数字化就医发展速度比较快、家庭成员对数字化就医支持水平低、满意医院线上就医平台的功能的慢病老年人对数字化用药服务需求更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).多因素线性回归分析显示,文化程度、经济状况、他人对数字化就医评价对你的影响、家庭成员对数字化就医支持、医院线上就医平台的功能是数字化用药服务需求的主要影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 慢病老年人数字化用药服务需求较高,文化程度高、收入大于支出、他人对数字化就医评价对你有一定影响、家庭成员对数字化就医支持低、对医院线上就医平台的功能满意的慢病老年人对数字化用药服务需求高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the demand for digital medication service in chronically ill elderly people and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From November 2021 to November 2022,a self-developed and validated digital medication service demand questionnaire was used to investigate 630 inpatients with chronic diseases in 18 hospitals in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.Results The total evaluation of digital medication service demand for the chronically ill elderly was 28.91±6.528,in which the high demand for online medication use time,medication use plan and medication use precautions was as high as 91.7%,and the demand rate of other aspects was also between 68.9%and 90.5%.A univariate analysis showed that,the higher the education level,the city residents,the surviving spouse,the higher the income than the expenditure,the skilled use of intelligent equipment,the greater the influence of others on the evaluation of digital medical care on you,the faster the development of digital medical care in hospitals,the lower the level of family members'support for digital medical care,and the satisfaction of the function of the online medical care platform of the hospital,the higher the demand of the elderly with chronic diseases for digital medical care services,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Multiple Regression analysis showed that education level,economic status,the influence of others'evaluation of digital medical treatment on you,family members'support for digital medical treatment,and the function of hospital online medical platform were the main influencing factors of the demand for digital medication service.Conclusion The demand of digital medication service for the elderly with chronic diseases is high,the demand for digital medicine service is high among the elderly with chronic diseases who have high education,higher income than that indicated,others have certain influence on the evaluation of digital medical treatment,family members have low support for digital medical treatment,and are satisfied with the function of the online medical treatment platform of the hospital.
