摘要
目的 探讨基于关注和解释疗法的宫颈癌患者护理干预方案对宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏和生命质量的影响.方法 选取2022年6月-2023年6月入住唐山某三甲医院的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比的原则,采用随机数字表法进行分组,最终观察组与对照组各纳入 60 例.对照组采用追踪护理模式进行干预,观察组根据德尔菲专家咨询得出的干预处方进行干预.分别在干预前、干预 4 周和 8 周,采用癌症疲乏量表(CFS)、宫颈癌患者生命质量评价量表(QLS～CCP)对干预效果进行测评.结果 干预前,两组患者癌症疲乏总分与各维度(躯体、情感、认知)评分以及生命质量总分与各维度(躯体、心理、社会、疾病)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预 4 周、8 周后,两组患者疲乏总分与各维度评分逐渐降低,而生命质量总分及躯体、心理、社会 3 个维度评分逐渐升高,但各时点观察组患者的疲乏总分与各维度评分低于对照组,生命质量总分及躯体、心理、社会 3 个维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于关注和解释疗法的宫颈癌患者护理干预方案可以缓解患者的癌因性疲乏,提高患者的生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention program on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life cervical cancer patients based on attention and interpretation therapy.Methods Cervical cancer patients admitted to a tertiary hospital in Tangshan from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,a random number table method was used for grouping.Finally,60 cases were included in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group.The control group received follow-up nursing intervention,while the observation group received intervention based on the intervention prescription obtained from Delphi expert consultation.The intervention effect was evaluated using the cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and the quality of life scale for cervical cancer patients(QLS-CCP)before,4 weeks,and 8 weeks of intervention,respectively.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the total score of cancer fatigue and various dimensions(physical,emotional,cognitive)scores,as well as the total score of quality of life and various dimensions(physical,psychological,social,and disease)scores between the two groups of patients.After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the total fatigue score and various dimension scores of the two groups of patients gradually decreased,while the total quality of life score and physical,psychological,and social dimension scores gradually increased.However,at each time point,the total fatigue score and various dimension scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total quality of life score and physical,psychological,and social dimension scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention program for cervical cancer patients based on attention and interpretation therapy can alleviate cancer fatigue and improve life quality of patients with cervical cancer.
