临床护理路径在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨支气管肺炎临床护理路径在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 10 月-2022年10月医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿300例作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组与观察组,每组各 150 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用支气管肺炎临床护理路径干预,比较两组患者症状消退时间、住院时间以及家属对护理的满意度.结果 护理干预后,观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、气促等症状消退时间以及住院时间均短于对照组;护理质量评分高于对照组,上述各项指标组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).采用支气管肺炎临床护理路径干预的观察组患儿家属对护理的总满意率为 99.33%,高于对照组的 94.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 支气管肺炎患儿应用临床护理路径效果较好,可缩短患儿症状消退时间,促进病情好转,有效提高护理质量以及家属对护理的满意率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for bronchopneumonia in the nursing of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 300 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received clinical nursing intervention for bronchopneumonia on the basis of the control group.The time for symptom resolution,hospital stay,and satisfaction of family members with nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing intervention,the observation group had shorter time for symptoms such as fever,cough,and shortness of breath to subside,as well as shorter hospital stay compared to the control group;The nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences in the above indicators between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group who received clinical nursing intervention for bronchopneumonia was 99.33%,which was higher than the control group's 94.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways in children with bronchopneumonia has a good effect,which can shorten the time for symptoms to subside,promote the improvement of the condition,effectively improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction rate of family members with nursing.
