标准化护理程序在手术室微血管减压术中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析标准化护理程序在手术室微血管减压术中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年7月-2023年6月实施微血管减压术的患者 96 例,在组间基线资料均衡可比的原则下,按手术时间顺序将其分为两组(2022 年 7-12 月的 49 例患者为对照组,2023 年 1-6 月的 47 例患者为观察组),对照组患者应用常规程序进行手术护理配合,观察组患者应用标准化护理程序配合,比较两组患者的手术情况和手术医生、患者的满意度,评估两组患者术前的焦虑评分与抑郁评分.结果 实施标准化护理程序后,观察组患者术前准备时间、手术时间显著短于对照组,术中出室取物次数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术医生满意度评分和患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 标准化护理程序为手术室护理人员的护理配合提供了操作标准,可以提高手术效率,提高医生和患者满意度,减少患者的不良情绪.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing procedures in microvascular decompression surgery in the operating room.Methods Ninety six patients who underwent microvascular decompression surgery from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into two groups in chronological order of surgery(49 patients from July to December 2022 were the control group,and 47 patients from January to June 2023 were the observation group).The control group received routine procedures for surgical nursing cooperation,while the observation group received standardized nursing procedures for cooperation.The surgical conditions of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction of the surgeon and patients were compared,and the preoperative anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results After implementing standardized nursing procedures,the preoperative preparation time and surgical time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the number of times the patient was taken out of the room during surgery was significantly less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of surgical doctors and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing procedures provide operational standards for the nursing cooperation of operating room nursing staff,which can improve surgical efficiency,increase doctor and patient satisfaction,and reduce patient negative emotions.
