骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者规范化抗骨质疏松治疗的现状及影响因素分析

目的 分析骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者规范化抗骨质疏松治疗的现状及影响因素.方法 回顾性选择 2020 年 8 月-2022 年 8 月入住医院的 196 例OVCF患者为研究对象,依据出院后 1 年是否规范化服药分为未规范组(n=151)和规范组(n=45).收集所有患者的一般社会学特征和疾病相关特征,通过单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析影响规范化抗骨质疏松治疗现状的因素.结果 患者出院 1 个月时规范化服药占 82.65%,随后逐渐降低,至出院1年时降至22.96%,呈现明显的线性趋势(P<0.05).单因素分析发现,两组患者之间的吸烟饮酒、受教育程度及医保类型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经多因素Logistic回归方程分析,发现吸烟饮酒、受教育程度、医保类型是影响规范化服药的因素(P<0.05).结论 OVCF患者出院后抗骨质疏松药物规范化服药的比例呈逐渐降低趋势,吸烟饮酒、受教育程度、医保类型是影响出院后患者规范化治疗的因素.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of standardized anti osteoporosis treatment in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 196 OVCF patients admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2022.They were divided into an unregulated group(n=151)and a standardized group(n=45)based on whether standardized medication was taken one year after discharge.Collect the general sociological and disease-related characteristics of all patients,and analyze the factors that affect the current status of standardized anti osteoporosis treatment through univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression.Results One month after discharge,standardized medication accounted for 82.65%of patients,which gradually decreased.By one year after discharge,it had reached 22.96%,showing a linear trend(P<0.05).Univariate analysis found that there were statistically significant differences in smoking and drinking,education level,and medical insurance type between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Through multiple logistic regression equation analysis,it was found that smoking,alcohol consumption,education level,and medical insurance type are the factors that affect standardized medication use(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of standardized use of anti osteoporosis drugs in OVCF patients after discharge is gradually decreasing.Smoking,alcohol consumption,education level,and medical insurance type are factors that affect the standardized treatment of discharged patients.
