艾条灸护理对输尿管结石术后留置双J管并发症的影响

摘要
目的 探讨艾条灸护理对输尿管结石术后留置双J管并发症的影响.方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月医院收治的输尿管结石患者60例作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例.两组均行经尿道输尿管结石钬激光碎石取石术,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用艾条灸护理,比较两组患者护理干预前及术后第1、3、5天患者的VAS评分,中医证候积分.结果 护理干预前,两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者VAS评分均下降,但观察组患者术后第 1 天评分高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后第3、5天的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理干预前,两组患者中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者中医证候积分均下降,但观察组患者术后1、3、5天的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 艾条灸护理可以改善输尿管结石术后患者的并发症,降低中医证候积分,减轻患者术后疼痛程度.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion nursing on the complications of double J tube indwelling after ureteral calculi operation.Methods A total of 60 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to the Department of Urology in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,with 30 cases in each group.Transurethral holmia laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi was performed in both groups,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given moxibustion care on the basis of the control group.VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two patients were compared on the day of surgery and the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the VAS score of both groups decreased,but the observation group scored higher than the control group on the 1st day after surgery,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the VAS score on the 3rd and 5th day after surgery was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.5).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased,but the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1d,3d and 5d after the operation,with statistical significance(P<0.5).Conclusion Moxibustion with moxa stick can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with ureteral calculi after operation and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
