品管圈活动对口腔种植患者术前准备知晓率的影响

摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动对口腔种植手术患者术前准备项目知晓率的影响.方法 选取2022年9月1-30日在院行口腔种植手术的 104 名患者作为活动后组(开展品管圈活动后),将 2022 年 1 月 1-31 日在院行口腔种植手术的104名患者作为活动前组(开展品管圈活动前).运用品管圈,通过主题选定、拟定计划表、现状把握等程序开展活动,比较活动前后种植手术患者术前准备事项知晓率情况.结果 品管圈活动后,患者术前准备事项知晓率为 97.99%,高于活动前的 95.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).此次品管圈活动目标达标率为 100.40%,进步率为 55.82%.品管圈活动结束后,圈员们在提出问题的能力、计划能力、逻辑思维能力、专业工作能力、统计学工具及品管圈手法应用能力和人文素养能力等方面的评分均高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 品管圈活动能够提高口腔种植手术患者术前准备事项知晓率,同时能锻炼全体圈员的自我管理能力和科研能力,提高护理团队质量管理意识,促进品质管理水平的提升.
Abstract
Objective Purpose:To improve the knowledge rate of preoperative preparation program for oral implant surgery patients through quality control circle activities.Methods Using QCC,we carried out activities through the procedures of theme selection,schedule preparation,status quo grasp and so on,comparing the knowledge rate of preoperative preparations for implant surgery patients before and after the activities.Results Compared with the knowledge rate before improvement,the knowledge rate after improvement increased to 97.99%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The target rate of the quality control circle activity was 100.40%,and the progress rate was 55.82%.The circle's abilities have been improved.Conclusion QC circle activities can improve the knowledge rate of preoperative preparations for implant surgery patients,and at the same time,it can exercise the self-management ability and scientific research ability of all circle members,improve the nursing team's awareness of quality management,and promote the generation of quality management.
